SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT
No learner will be enrolled unless they have fully paid their previous accounts.
“Upon Enrollment Fees” as stated in the schedule of payment must be paid in full upon enrollment.
Late semestral, quarterly, and monthly payments gain a 2% interest from the amount due and is progressive until the amounting balance is fully settled. *Note that this penalty is charged for every due date for payment.
Check payments will be considered official upon clearing (i.e. 3 banking days after the receipt of payment). Official receipt will be released upon clearing the check.
Postdated check will not be accepted.
Learners who have unsettled balance in their tuition fee within a quarter will not be given their report card for that particular quarter.
Learners, who have an unsettled balance in their tuition fee within the school year, will neither be recognized nor called on stage in the recognition and graduation day.


REFUND OF TUITION AND OTHER FEES
“When a learner registers in a school, it is understood that he is enrolling (or the entire school year for pre-elementary and elementary courses”. (Art. XIII Sec. 62.a of the Manual of Regulations for Private Schools)
A learner who transfers or otherwise withdraws, in writing, within two weeks after the beginning of classes and who has already paid the pertinent tuition and other school fees in full or for any length of time longer than one month will be charged according to the policies on the refund of tuition and other school fees.” (Art, XIII Sec. 66 of the Manual of Regulations for Private Schools)
a. Ten percent (l0%) of the total amount for the term (that is the full amount charged for one school year) if he withdraws within the before or first week of classes regardless of whether or not he has actually attended classes.
b. Twenty percent (20%) of the total amount for the term if he withdraws within the second week of classes, regardless of whether or not he has attended classes.
b. A learner may be charged all the school fees in full if he withdraws any time after the second week of classes, regardless of whether he has attended classes.

You may also opt to use online payment through Landbank:

1. Go to https://www.lbp-eservices.com/egps/portal/index.jsp
2. Click pay now.
3. On the search bar, look for La Trinidad Academy Inc.
4. For the payment option, you will given a choice to pick between landbank atm or any bank card who has partnership with bancnet. Fill out the necessary info.
5. Press submit.

Once a deposit has been made, please take a picture of the deposit slip and send it to admincashier@latrinidadacademy.net. We will send you a confirmation note as soon as the deposit has been verified.
