ADMISSION
La Trinidad Academy is open to all Filipino and foreign nationals desiring to study in the school provided they meet the following requirements and conditions:
An applicant must be a graduate of the previous grade level or its equivalent. Proofs of equivalency should be submitted for assessment
At least four (5) years old for Kinder on or before October 31, 2022 and six (6) years old for Grade 1
Authenticated Form 138 or Report Card (for those entering in Grade 1 to 10)
Form 137/ School Form 10 (Permanent Record) from previous school
Original and photocopy of PSA (NSO) birth certificate
Certificate of good moral character (Grades 4-10) and has not been expelled from other school or dismissed for disorderly conduct
Has no vicious habit such as smoking, drinking, or drug addiction.
