To ensure the smooth transition of academic workflows for students and faculty in the nearing opening of classes under the New Normal, the school stakeholders identified different key points in order to still accurately reflect the school mission and vission should there be drastic changes in the learning environment that need drastic measures in the future.
Provides education beyond classrooms and borders
Development not just of mind, but also hands and heart by getting young students involved in activities that apply theory into practice.
Compels its students to uplift the lives of fellow Filipinos
Provides transcendent education where stakeholders use their individual knowledge, skills, and talents for higher purposes beyond themselves. LTA should always hone future leaders of society in fast-paced social realities and environments.
Instilling critical thinking to students
Empowers students with the capacity to handle knowledge, discern facts, and engage in rational discussions in a post-truth era.
Develops self-actualization and feelings of fulfillment
Recognizes how individuals have unique talents and hobbies. LTA is the medium that helps stakeholders discover and develop their wide array of interests in academics, arts, and sports, among others.
